9+ years in business analysis roles, preferably within banking, fintech, or system transformation contexts., Proven track record in workflow definition, data modeling, prototyping, and training., Certificate of Higher Education / University Degree / Master’s degree., Deep domain expertise (lending, payments, compliance)., Strong understanding of conceptual data models and system integration., Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user story creation, and sprint management., Competence in wireframing/mockup tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, etc.)., Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish required)., Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong change management skills., Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Excel., Technical background is a plus (basic SQL, Appian, Pega).
