Qualifikationen

What should you bring along?

- University degree in computer science, data science, engineering, economics, or a comparable field.

- At least five years of professional experience in AI, data, digital strategy, or technology-driven transformation in a complex organization.

- Proven track record of understanding global AI business and technology trends and translating them into concrete, committed action plans.

- Demonstrated success in driving AI or data initiatives with significant, measurable business impact.

- Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills combined with the ability to operate effectively in executive-level environments. Highly analytical and consultative mindset with structured problem-solving skills.

- Solid understanding of modern AI technologies and their opportunities and limitations from a business perspective. Experienced in working across organizational boundaries and aligning diverse stakeholders behind a common strategy.

- Very good written and spoken English skills. Knowledge of German, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
