Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Salesforce architect, senior consultant or lead developer with a very good knowledge of SaaS KPIs.
• Extensive experience in SaaS business models combined with in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Proven experience in designing scalable Salesforce architectures and complex integration environments.
• Experience in implementing security concepts, roles and permissions, as well as agile methods and modern DevOps/release processes.
• Fluent German and very good English skills ensure smooth international collaboration.
• Salesforce certifications (architect, consultant, administrator) are an additional advantage.

Responsibilities

• Reducing technical debt, organising fields and ensuring the long-term stability of the data model.
• Designing and implementing a scalable, state-of-the-art Salesforce architecture to map the entire SaaS lifecycle: Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Referral → Revenue
• Translating SaaS business requirements (subscription, MRR/ARR, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, customer churn) into a clear data, process and integration design, along with evaluating new Salesforce features and platform features relevant to SaaS.
• Defining object models, automation and management structures for subscription and revenue processes.
• Technical consulting on products, sales, marketing and customer success.
