Introduction

We, Kolon ENP Europe GmbH, are carrying on our activities to enhance the business within Europe as a subsidiary of Kolon ENP, Inc, the specialized engineering plastics manufacturer headquartered in Korea. Products: Kocetal®(POM), Kopa®(PA6, 66), Spesin®(PBT), Kopel®(TPC-ET), KompoGTe®(LFT) We are looking for a committed and dynamic Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our company.

Tasks

  • Technical sales for Engineering plastics in automotive and E&E sectors within the DACH region.
  • Developing new customers and projects in the automotive and E&E industries.
  • Managing customer relationships and handling technical inquiries as a key interface between accounts and internal teams.
  • Collecting market information to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the assigned market.

Profile

  • Completed degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • At least 7 years' experience of B2B business development and account manager
  • Knowledge and experience in Engineering Plastics
  • Experience in automotive industry (with global Tiers and OEMs) preferred
  • Job experience in Automotive company (Tiers or OEMs) preferred
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Wiliness for traveling within Europe for customer visits.
