You bring deep industry knowledge of the healthcare sector (ideally in software), a clear understanding of competitive products and current trends , and the ability to lead strategic customer planning to optimize returns and generate sustainable long-term revenue

*Effectively presentInterSystems HealthShare solutions and the InterSystems IRIS for Health® data platform to all relevant audiences and stakeholders in the DACH healthcare sector (including hospitals, software vendors, health networks, ministries, etc.).
*Identify and developnew customers while maintaining and expanding existing relationships .
*Understand thecompetitive landscape and the relevance of InterSystems technologies within customers' IT infrastructure or partners' development portfolios.
*Regularly meet with customers and prospects, including the development ofstrategic account plans .
*Sustain and grownetworks with key decision-makers in the industry

Experience and

Languages: German &

  • At least 8 years of relevant sales experience in the healthcare industry

*Experience insoftware sales is an advantage

Proven track record of increasing revenue by acquiring new customers and well-known partner accounts in the healthcare sector

Existing network of decision-makers in healthcare institutions (hospitals, health insurers, health networks) and with industry-specific software vendors

Background in the software industry, ideally in solution selling involving databases, middleware, data analytics, or interoperability platforms

A "hunter" profile focused on acquiring new customers through partners, with the ability to maintain customer interest throughout the sales cycle

Strong communication and presentation skills , plus excellent interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of IoT and machine learning is a plus

Education

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in English , both written and
