Minimum 4 years of experience working with Blue Prism, including development and maintenance of automation processes, Strong understanding of RPA best practices and the full automation lifecycle, Fluent command of English (minimum B2 level), Ability to write basic SQL queries, Experience integrating Blue Prism with APIs (REST, SOAP), Fluent Polish required, Residing in Poland required, Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, Experience with Azure solutions, Interest in AI and its practical application in automation processes, Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments, Blue Prism Developer certification
