As an international recruiter (m/f/d) with 25-30 hours/week, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, both for positions in Germany and abroad. Successfully filling national and international positions and building a global talent pool
Developing national and international recruitment strategies
Coordination of processes and job profiles with international and national departments
Building and maintaining national and international networks
Analysing and tracking progress, optimising procedures and adapting to local markets
Efficient candidate management: identification and use of software and tools for step-by-step automation and acceleration of the recruitment process
Supporting your colleagues with the onboarding process
YOUR PROFILE:
Open, empathetic and reflective personality
Sales and/or coaching background is very welcome
Experience in recruiting and employer branding is an advantage – career changers with good people skills and communication abilities are also invited to apply
You are keen to take on responsibility quickly and work proactively, reliably and with motivation alongside your team to help shape the future of our company
You understand the unique needs of the departments and hiring managers and support with a good understanding of building productive and efficient teams
