As an international recruiter (m/f/d) with 25-30 hours/week, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, both for positions in Germany and abroad. YOUR TASKS:

• Successfully filling national and international positions and building a global talent pool
• Developing national and international recruitment strategies
• Coordination of processes and job profiles with international and national departments
• Building and maintaining national and international networks
• Analysing and tracking progress, optimising procedures and adapting to local markets
• Efficient candidate management: identification and use of software and tools for step-by-step automation and acceleration of the recruitment process
• Supporting your colleagues with the onboarding process

YOUR PROFILE:

• Open, empathetic and reflective personality
• Sales and/or coaching background is very welcome
• Experience in recruiting and employer branding is an advantage – career changers with good people skills and communication abilities are also invited to apply
• You are keen to take on responsibility quickly and work proactively, reliably and with motivation alongside your team to help shape the future of our company
• You understand the unique needs of the departments and hiring managers and support with a good understanding of building productive and efficient teams
