A university degree in Mechanical Engineering (focus on development, design, or product engineering)., 3–5 years of professional experience in mechanical design and product development., Deep understanding of geometric dimensioning & tolerancing and tolerance chain calculations., Strong knowledge of materials technology, materials testing, and selecting suitable materials based on design requirements., Solid expertise in manufacturing technologies, force‑fit & form‑fit connection methods (especially bolted joints), and familiarity with material‑locking methods (welding, adhesives)., Experience designing weldable constructions, cast parts, and plastic components., Confident use of 3D CAD systems; PTC Creo experience highly preferred., Excellent skills in standard‑compliant drawing creation., Team‑oriented mindset, strong problem‑solving skills, creativity, customer focus, and the ability to work independently., Fluency in English.
