Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field., 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an international environment., Basic knowledge of Polish accounting standards, tax regulations, and IFRS., Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel advanced level)., Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines., Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams., Good command of English (written and spoken).
