Role Overview: This role is the guardian of our quality and customer trust. The specialist is the final technical authority ensuring every part we ship meets the highest precision standards. They don't just find defects; they diagnose root causes and drive continuous improvement across our entire manufacturing network, making them critical to our reputation for excellence. This is a fully on-site role based in Berlin (10318), reflecting the hands-on, high-precision nature of the work.

Your DNA

• A quality-obsessed specialist with engineering degree.
  *3+ years of hands-on experience in a precisionmanufacturing quality role (e.g., Mechanical Inspection, Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality).
• Technologically fluent - You can read and interpret complex mechanical drawings, GD&T symbols, and understand the capabilities and limitations of manufacturing processes like CNC machining, 3D printing, and sheet metal fabrication.
• Metrology knowledge - Practical experience with inspection tools, from hand-held gauges (calipers, micrometers, height gauges) to advanced systems (CMM, vision systems), would be an advantage.
• A data-driven problem-solver - You naturally use data to identify trends and aren't satisfied until you've found the root cause of a problem. Experience with CAPA and 8D methodologies is a strong plus.
• Uncompromisingly meticulous - Your attention to detail is exceptional. You thrive on precision and leave nothing to chance.
• A strong, clear communicator - You can articulate a quality failure to a supplier and explain a technical specification to an internal colleague with equal clarity.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken); German is a strong plus.
