HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Strategic Project Leadership. You will independently identify, set up, drive, and oversee business-critical, cross-functional projects - ensuring alignment with corporate goals and delivering high-quality outcomes across our three pillars (Business Development, Corporate Development &Strategy). You will drive project delivery, track progress, support operationally where needed and secure alignment with our project goals.

Stakeholder Engagement. You will act as interface with senior leaders by managing complex networks and building strong relationships. Your engagement ensures that key decision-makers remain aligned with our strategic agenda. You will mentor junior project team members with methodological guidance to foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment. You will report to and work directly with the Head of Business Excellence.

Decision Enablement & Communication. You will provide executive-level decision support by structuring data-driven insights and recommendations that drive impactful decision making. Simultaneously, you will create reports and presentations to facilitate informed choices and effective leadership communication.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

You have successfully completed your master's degree in economics or business administration and have at least 7-9 years of professional experiencein a demanding project management role e.g. in a consulting environment, in which you have gained not only operational but also strategic know-how.

You are an expert in the field of project management and strategic thinking and are used to a demanding, international and dynamic environment. Previous experience in IT project management or process optimization is a plus.

You are very well organized and act in a structured and systematic way . You want to use your analytical and conceptual skills for the strategic development of a rapidly growing company and be an important part of our success story.

Confident appearance in an international environment , and excellent communication skills in German and English , as well as flexibility.
