You orchestrate and continuously optimize the international PRO business model from the central blueprint into local country organizations to enable scalable growth, consistent service standards, and future market entries across the group.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Rollout Management: Planning and steering the rollout and further development of the PRO concept in international OBI countries
• Concept Evolution: Coordinating ongoing refinement of the PRO concept (People, Tech, POS, Process) in close collaboration with local country teams
• Execution Tracking: Driving day-to-day rollout execution, including risk management and timely decision-making to keep implementation waves on track
• ComplianceCoordination: Evaluating legal, fiscal, and organizational setups to ensure international scalability
• Knowledge Building: Acting as the bridge for best practices between countries by organizing training and exchange formats for international PRO leads and sales teams
• Stakeholder Management: Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for international stakeholders within the PRO development unit and central functions
• Performance Monitoring: Establishing reporting structures to track international PRO KPIs and deriving concrete improvement actions

Dein Profil:

• Project Management: Experience in managing cross-border rollouts or projects within a decentralized corporate environment
• Communication Skills: Strong intercultural competence as well as fluency in English and German to collaborate effectively with diverse country teams
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex central concepts into actionable local project plans
• Business Understanding: Foundational understanding of B2B sales cycles and retail operations to act as a competent partner for country sales directors
