What is your Day to Day Mission:

As a Project Manager at Quantum-Systems, you will take end-to-end responsibility for complex projects in the field of unmanned systems. You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams, ensure smooth project execution, and act as a key interface between internal stakeholders and external partners. Your work directly contributes to the successful delivery of innovative UAV solutions in demanding operational environments.

• Overall responsibility for the planning, execution, and control of projects in the field of unmanned systems
• Coordination of interdisciplinary teams across Production, Product, and Support
• Creation, maintenance, and tracking of project plans, roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
• Active stakeholder management and regular communication with customers, partners, and contracting authorities
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines
• Identification of optimization potentials and continuous improvement of processes and services
• Support in proposal preparation and active participation in innovation and publicly funded projects
• Development of relevant concepts and documentation within the scope of project work

What you bring to the team:

• Successfully completed degree in Project Management, Business Informatics, Engineering, Geoinformatics, or a comparable field
• Practical experience in project management, ideally within unmanned systems, digitalization, or software/IT environments
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g. EU regulations, SORA) is a strong advantage
• Strong organizational skills combined with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
• Confident handling of digital project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project
• Excellent communication skills, strong team orientation, and a customer-focused mindset
• Business-fluent proficiency in German and English
