Qualification: Completed university of applied sciences degree in industrial engineering, engineering sciences, or a comparable qualification with business and technical understanding., Professional Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in product development or in a technology- or industry-oriented environment., Project Management Competence: Experience with classical, agile, and hybrid project management methods. Project management certification (e.g., IPMA Level D/C, Prince2, Scrum) is an advantage., Working Style: Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with high organizational and implementation skills., Communication Skills: Confident appearance as well as strong communication and moderation skills in interdisciplinary and international project teams., IT and Tool Skills: Confident use of MS Office (O365), MS Project, and common project management tools., Language Skills: Very good Polish and English language skills, both written and spoken. German skills are desirable but not mandatory., Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel for projects (approx. 5–15%), depending on project phase and requirements (e.g., for workshops, coordination, and milestone meetings at national and international TRILUX locations).
