What is your Day to Day Mission:

As a PR & Communication Manager, you will support our press and media relations activities in Quantum Systems’ headquarters in Gilching, Germany. You will work at the intersection of our Marketing & Communications Team in Gilching and the Strategic Communications Team in Berlin to coordinate media requests, build and maintain media relations and to prepare and accompany press visits and interviews on site.

• Support in the planning and execution of press and media relations activities, press briefings, and interviews.​
• Draft and edit press releases, statements, Q&As, and media backgrounds in English and German.​
• Coordinate incoming media inquiries and maintain relationships with journalists and industry media.​
• Support daily media monitoring, press reviews, and performance reporting.​
• Help organize press conferences, media events, and executive communication opportunities.​
• Maintain and update press materials and our media database.​
• Liaise between the Marketing and Strategic Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.​
• Willingness for work related travel to Berlin and international destinations.

What you bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, political science, international relations, or a related field.​
• First experience (e.g. internship or entry-level position) in corporate communications, PR agency, or journalism.​
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1/C2) – both written and spoken.​
• Strong sense for news, storytelling, and political/technological trends.​
• Highly flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.​
• Excellent social skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners and service providers. ​
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work under time pressure.​
• Interest in technology, defense, or geopolitics is a plus
