Our client, a non-profit organization, is urgently seeking a temporary Contract Recruiter to support their team for 3-6 months!

About the Job:

• Attracts candidates through various channels: recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, and job fairs.
• Evaluates candidates by developing job advertisements and screening resumes/applications.
• Refers suitable candidates by contacting them to ascertain fit and scheduling interviews.
• Extends offers to selected candidates and negotiates compensation packages.
• Initiates onboarding plans for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Ensures efficient and effective filling of assigned positions while maintaining quality standards.

About You:

• 5+ years of strong recruiting experience are required.
• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter is required; UKG experience is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting a mission-driven or nonprofit organization is a plus!

About the Position:

• Pays $28/hr-$33/hr, depending on experience.
• Temporary for 3-6 months, starting ASAP!
• Washington, DC.
