This role is accountable for ensuring that all logistics, controls, compliance, and market-specific delivery requirements are designed, implemented, and operationalised within the project lifecycle.The successful candidate will bring hands-on delivery experience, strong LBMA operational knowledge, and a proven ability to drive execution across multiple teams to achieve a production-ready operating model.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver the implementation of operational processes for physical precious and base metals markets.Execute end-to-end logistics setup, including freight, insurance, transportation, and delivery workflows.Implement vaulting and delivery processes, ensuring full compliance with LBMA market and settlement requirements.Establish and embed inventory controls, including due diligence, monitoring, reconciliations, and governance frameworks.Drive cross-functional delivery, coordinating with front office, operations, compliance, risk, and external providers to meet project milestones.Identify and resolve operational risks and blockers, ensuring readiness for go-live and BAU transition.Essential Experience & SkillsProven track record delivering and implementing operational processes in physical commodities environments.Deep, practical understanding of physical precious and base metals markets.Hands-on experience with LBMA operations, vaulting, and delivery mechanisms.Strong working knowledge of LME and COMEX market operations.Demonstrated success in inventory management, controls, and reconciliations.Highly delivery-oriented with strong attention to detail and execution discipline.Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders.Experience managing physical gas positions.Exposure to broader commodities logistics considered a strong advantage.Our PeopleThe ideal consultants will share our values and be aligned with our ways of working and as your career progresses, you can expect to work across all areas of the project lifecycle, from strategy to implementation.
