Degree holder (or equivalent) with proven analytical and problem-solving skills, preferably with experience applying these at a strategic level in the field of financial crime., Strong ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from information that is potentially partial or incomplete., Excellent and demonstrable written skills with extensive experience in drafting reports, effectively communicating complex issues in clear and succinct language at a senior stakeholder level., Knowledge and/or background in financial crime or macro themes that impact the financial crime landscape, such as geopolitics or digitisation. While this is not an investigative role, previous experience in financial crime investigations or analysis is helpful., A curious and agile mind, able to engage on a wide range of issues and acquire new knowledge. Superior critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills., Self-starter with an ability to take ownership and drive projects. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, delivering results without step-by-step guidance, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and functional research and written communication ability in French., Able to draft high quality reports for senior readers with meticulous attention to detail., A flair for building relationships and willingness to proactively engage with stakeholders across the organisation to gather information and influence outcomes.
