Tasks

In this role, you’ll provide invaluable legal guidance to early-stage ventures within our ecosystem, helping them navigate the complexities of startup growth. As part of our unique model, compensatio next to fiat may include soonami tokens and equity of the corresponding project in the ventures you support, aligning your success with the growth of the startups and the platform itself.

• Provide expert legal advice to early-stage ventures across a variety of legal domains, such as corporate structuring, intellectual property, compliance, and contract drafting.
• Collaborate with founders and teams to ensure ventures are legally robust and set up for growth.
• Assist ventures in resolving legal challenges and mitigating potential risks.
• Engage with the soonami ecosystem to network and generate opportunities using soonami tokens.
• Participate in long-term collaborations with ventures that may transition to fiat-based compensation after funding.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably with startups or in venture ecosystems.
• Expertise in corporate, commercial, or startup law is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
