What you will do

  • Lead & Mentor: Act as the strategic lead for the Attribution & Measurement portfolio. You will mentor existing Product Owners, ensuring clarity of priorities and providing the guidance they need to grow.
  • Define Vision & Strategy: Recommend strategies for the Attribution suite that align with the company’s 3-year picture. You will monitor market trends to create compelling pitches that drive our revenue forward.
  • Drive Discovery: Lead the research phase by organizing customer interviews and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for accuracy and usability improvements.
  • Manage the Portfolio: Be accountable for the overall success and quality of the Attribution & Measurement products. You will maintain a validated roadmap and make necessary trade-off decisions to protect delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Partnerships, and Commercial teams. You will ensure transparency through regular updates and demos.
  • Master the Go-To-Market: Work closely with Marketing and Sales to bring products to market with the right messaging, pricing, and commercial strategy.
  • Measure Success: Track and analyze KPIs to measure product performance (adoption, retention, monetization) and take proactive action to improve them.

Ideally you are

  • A Strategic Thinker: You have 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of defining product vision and strategy within the AdTech or MarTech space.
  • An Expert in the Field: You possess deep knowledge of Attribution modeling (LTA, MTA, MMM, Incrementality studies) and Measurement standards. You understand the market dynamics and are eager to become the internal subject matter expert.
  • A Leader & Mentor: You have experience coaching other Product Owners or junior PMs. You know how to provide feedback that grows expertise and fosters accountability without micromanaging.
  • Commercial Minded: You don't just build features; you build businesses. You are comfortable collaborating with Finance and Commercial teams to define pricing, business models, and Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Discovery Driven: You are experienced in leading data-driven research and customer interviews. You know how to validate assumptions cheaply to maximize the ROI of development.
  • A Great Communicator: You can tell compelling stories to sell your vision to leadership, while also being able to break down complex initiatives for engineering teams.
  • Based in Europe.
  • A person who cares about the notion of collective achievements. Winning is a together-thing (this is non-negotiable for this specific position).
