As a Lead Product Manager, you will own a strategic product area, define direction, and deliver meaningful outcomes in close collaboration with engineering, design, data, business stakeholders - and teams at Alibaba.com, whose knowledge and technology capabilities you will actively leverage. Your work will directly influence how thousands of businesses discover opportunities, connect with partners, and achieve commercial success.

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product area within Visable’s marketplace ecosystem
• Build modern, intuitive user experiences that address real customer needs and drive measurable product and business outcomes
• Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, prioritize effectively, and ensure continuous improvement
• Apply AI and modern product practices to enhance workflows and unlock new value for users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe and China, and work closely with Alibaba.com teams to leverage shared expertise and technology platforms
• Contribute to a strong product culture by promoting evidence-based decision making, experimentation, and user-centricity

This is how you can impress us

• 5+ years of product management experience in technology, SaaS, marketplaces, or digital product organizations
• Strong ability to translate customer problems into clear product opportunities and impactful solutions
• Demonstrated track record of driving meaningful product and business outcomes
• Curiosity and foundational knowledge about AI’s impact on digital products, with the ability to translate AI opportunities into simple, effective product improvements
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills across engineering, design, data, and business teams
• Comfortable working in international, cross-cultural environments
• English proficiency; German and/or French is an advantage
