About the ProjectThe project is an innovative logistics platform designed to certify drivers of Courier, Express, and Parcel (CEP) companies. The solution includes:A web application for CEP service providers to conduct driver verification and cross-company evaluations.A mobile application for drivers to manage certifications and verification checks.This project is being built from scratch and will support both web and mobile ecosystems. The initial requirements backlog and UI designs (in Figma) are already underway.Your RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and management of our advanced platform. This role blends hands-on technical expertise, strategic leadership, and close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable, innovative solutions.You will lead a team of engineers, align technology efforts with business goals, and ensure high-quality delivery across web and mobile platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the project from a technology perspective, guiding architecture and engineering decisions.Actively contribute to requirements gathering by assessing feasibility and providing technical insights.Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and client stakeholders.Design and architect a modern, cloud-based web application.Write and review high-quality, maintainable code.Diagnose and resolve complex software problems.Support CI/CD best practices and cloud-native scalability.RequirementsProven experience as a full-stack or backend engineer, with prior leadership experience.Strong knowledge of design patterns and scalable backend architectures for cloud-native applications.Practical expertise with at least two of the following: AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes.Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages/frameworks: Node.js, Nest.js, TypeScript, Golang.Hands-on experience with at least one frontend framework: React, Angular, or Vue.Solid knowledge of ECMAScript 6, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Tailwind.Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines.Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (B2+/C1).Tech StackBackend: GolangFrontend: ReactMobile: FlutterCloud: GCP with KubernetesCI/CD: Initial setup by DevOps
