Qualifikationen

What should you bring along?

• University degree in computer science, data science, engineering or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience with AI systems and a practical understanding of modern AI architectures, ideally in the automotive industry or related industries.
• Practical expertise in agent-based AI and implementation of LLM-based AI agents or multi-agent systems in specialized processes.
• Experience in analyzing processes, identifying potential for change through AI and developing automated processes using AI agents.
• Experience in the use of pre-trained large language models, context engineering, retrieval augmented generation and knowledge retrieval.
• Analytical and consultative skills, structured problem-solving skills and high detail-orientation.
• Additional certifications in cloud technologies, data science or AI as well as contributions to the open source community are an advantage.
