ProBioGen is an internationally operating biotech company based in Berlin-Weißensee, which has specialized in the development and production of biopharmaceutical active ingredients and vaccines throughout many years of experience. What you create

• Independent realisation of production processes: Responsible execution of filtrations and chromatographic applications in production scale (250 to 1000 litres), according to the specifications for the GMP environment
• Process transfer: Supporting the transition of processes from development to production, working closely with interdisciplinary teams
• Cleanroom work: Working carefully under cleanroom conditions to ensure the highest product quality
• GMP production: Participation in the manufacture of biological active ingredients within the framework of GMP production
• Documentation: Creation and management of GMP-compliant documents that precisely record all activities carried out
• Device qualification: Support in maintaining the qualification status of devices to ensure operational readiness
• SOP creation: Collaboration in the creation and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for process optimisation and compliance with GMP standards

What you bring along

• Completed education as a BTA, CTA, MTA, laboratory technician (f/m/d), Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience in a (bio)pharmaceutical environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of GMP guidelines is advantageous
• Willingness to work in clean rooms and high physical resilience
• Flexibility, sense of responsibility and a reliable, careful way of working
• Very good written and spoken German skills and good English skills
• Solution-orientated, innovative and partnership-based work
