Lab Manager (m/f/div), 100%

Roles & Responsibilities

You will support, coordinate, and/or manage

• Handle general administrative and organizational tasks
• Coordinate departmental activities and workflows
• Lead recruitment efforts and onboarding of new students
• Organize workshops, seminars, and other events
• Monitor deadlines and ensure smooth project progress
• Maintain and update department website, wiki, and social media

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree completed or comparable experience (scientific background is a plus)
• Experience in lab management or departmental assistance is highly valued
• Excellent command of English and German (minimum C1)
• Independent, flexible, and highly organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player
• Enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative, innovative research environment
