We're building BaseModel (website link) - a foundation model for behavioral data embedded within a novel platform for enterprise Data Science teams, that is another step on our path to create innovation in AI and demonstrate AI's potential for the business.‍Currently, we are looking for a Junior Solution Consultant to join our Business Development Department.What will you do on a daily basis?Pre-Sales & Solution SupportSupport the sales and solutions team during the sales cycle by helping translate client needs into initial solution concepts and integration outlines.Help prepare and deliver tailored product presentations and demosParticipate in RFP/RFI work: review requirements, draft sections of responses, and help ensure consistency and completeness.Gather and document client use cases, assumptions, and open questions; help keep alignment between business expectations and what the platform can deliver.Contribute to internal materials (case studies, best practices, demo scripts, solution one-pagers) to strengthen our value proposition.Post-SalesSupport handover from sales to delivery teams by organizing documentation, clarifying requirements, and validating that key assumptions are captured.Assist in early implementation discussions by tracking risks, dependencies, and open items, and escalating when needed.Help spot additional needs during client conversationsInternal Contribution & GrowthCollaborate with product owners and engineering teams by sharing structured feedback from the field (common questions, gaps, recurring requirements).Improve technical documentation, playbooks, and internal knowledge bases as you learn the platform.What will make us a perfect match?Business MindsetInterest in SaaS products and how technology supports business goals and customer experience.First experience (internship / part-time / project) in areas such as: pre-sales support, solution architecture, consulting, implementation, or customer-facing tech roles - or strong motivation to grow into this direction.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical questions and next steps.Willingness to learn how to communicate value (benefits, business impact) in a simple and structured way.Interpersonal & Communication SkillsCommunication skills and the ability to explain technical topics in a clear, understandable way.Openness to working with different stakeholders (clients, partners, product owners, engineers).Proactive attitude, curiosity, and ownership of tasks.Ability to learn quickly, and adapt to new topics.Technical FundamentalsBasic understanding of how modern systems communicate (e.g., APIs, integrations, data flows).Practical curiosity towards APIs and integration methodsInterest in areas such as cloud platforms, data ecosystems, MarTech tools, and AI trends.Analytical mindset: ability to ask the right questions, identify risks, and escalate issues when needed.Languages:Fluency in English (C1 or higher).Spanish and Portuguese are strong assets‍What can we provide for you?An opportunity to shape the reality by working in a fast-growing company, in the field of AI, BigData & Automation.Possibility to have real impact on promoting and raising awareness of a Synerise solutions among potential customers, business partners and the industry community.Flat structure with ownership opportunities.
