• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience with Stibo STEP development and customization , including data model/configurations, workflow, business rule development, STEP WebUI configuration.
• Strong proficiency in Java/JavaScript, data modeling, and RDBMS systems such as Oracle.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience with system integration and API development using Webservices, XML, JSON, and REST.
• Self-motivated and possesses Self-Learning capabilities and is an effective team player.

Your Tasks

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze them, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical support to internal departments on process and data modeling & STEP solutions.
• Development and refinement of business rules, using JavaScript, to automate internal application processes and workflows.
• Develop and oversee system integrations via interfaces (ESB, Web Service, JMS) to ensure seamless data flow and maintain data integrity.
• Provide technical support during testing phases and assist in resolving production issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date system/Project documentation.
• Overseeing end-to-end delivery of high-quality STEP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate effectively with development teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
