Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, 3 years of experience in statutory reporting, financial compliance, or audit, ideally within multinational companies or Big 4, Working knowledge of IFRS, and regulatory frameworks, Experience with SAP, S4/HANA, Excel. Experience with data tools including Blackline and Workiva is an advantage, Lean sigma skills (or similar process methodology) a plus, Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail and high standards of accuracy, Process minded, with the ability to develop creative and effective solutions, Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines, Possess a motivated, collaborative and adaptable mindset with a proactive approach
