IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

We are currently seeking a motivated individual with 3-5 years of work experience. We have an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to learn and become a member of our supportive European IT team. 

Key Responsibilities:

You will be the single point of contact and to provide support to JSP staff at this location and remotely to employees across JSP EMEA. The job includes but is not limited to: 

• Ensuring system availability for the business with reliable Information Systems.
• Supply staff computers along with relevant equipment.
• Monitor and maintain helpdesk tickets supporting staff.
• Supporting infrastructure and systems including servers, network devices,firewalls, backups, multi-functional printers, Wi-Fi, etc..
• Supporting Audio/Visual connectivity for meeting rooms.
• Ensuring maintenance of the server / communication room.
• Participate in or manage EMEA-wide IT projects.

Factors for your success

• Ability and capacity to learn new things quickly.
• Experience of supporting Microsoft Windows including Active Directory.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 Cloud, VMware vSphere, MDM, and network administration.
• A keen interest for technology.
• Fluent German language and very good English, on a conversational level.
• A solid understanding of handling confidential information.
• Strong awareness of data protection and information security requirements.
• Career aspiration with motivation.
