fluent written and spoken English skills (B2 level is a must), availability to work between 10 am - 6pm (preferably), experience in an internal IT department, good knowledge of Microsoft Systems, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, understanding of network infrastructure, flexible, solution - oriented approach and a "can-do" attitude, strong communication, organizational and planning skills
