That's why we need your support:

• You will support the team in the area of purchasing and procurement with operational tasks and help to set up our new headquarters in Arnstadt.
• You will organize and manage contracts and communicate with various suppliers
• You will create purchase orders for the department and track payment status in accordance with company processes
• You will assist in keeping meeting minutes
• You will gain in-depth insight into the purchasing department

That's you:

• You are studying or have completed a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable field of study
• You have already gained initial experience in purchasing, procurement, or facility management through other internships or working student jobs
• You are familiar with common MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• You have very good organizational skills and a conscientious and structured approach to work
• You impress us with your open, friendly manner and fluent communication skills in German and English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
