Internship - Corporate Procurement Digitlization
Job ID 77306 | Location: Heidenheim | starting in March 2026 | 3-6 Monate

As an intern in Procurement Digitalization you will support our procurement digitalization team in exciting projects and daily operational tasks. Work with us to actively advance the development of our systems, prepare analyses on strategic issues, and become part of an international network.

Your tasks

• Further develop procurement systems and methods: Contribute new ideas and support the optimization of our digital processes.
• Analyze and interpret data: Prepare independent analyses to address key questions related to our procurement platform.
• Improve data quality: Help ensure and continuously enhance the quality of procurement and supplier data—an essential component of our digital processes.
• Create communication materials and presentations: Develop training materials and presentations for internal stakeholders and management.
• Work internationally across the group: Collaborate with procurement units in all corporate divisions in Asia, North and South America, and gain insights into global processes.

Your profile

• You are enrolled in industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable degree program and are looking for a mandatory internship.
• You have a strong interest in procurement, supply chain management, and digital transformation.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills are your distinguishing strengths.
• Working in a structured, independent, and reliable manner are typical for you.
• You have excellent German and English skills as well as solid MS Office proficiency.
