Intern (m/f/d) in Digital Marketing

In digital marketing, we develop and design the customer experience for our VARTA community. The goal is to provide customers with valuable information at the exact moment they need support and are open to an exchange. As MarTech specialists, we administer the online platforms and manage customer data to enable automated, personalized communication. We are looking for creative minds with fresh ideas, passion, and fun to make a difference. Start your future in digital marketing and gain valuable experience being part of our international team.

What you'll move with us:

• Customer Relationship Management: Support of ongoing Marketing Automation projects in HubSpot to implement interest-based, automated email communication. This includes setting up email workflows, success analysis and customer data management.
• Customer Support: independently managing customer inquiries regarding our online platforms: Reconciling and classifying requests as well as creating support tickets in the Jira and ServiceNow ticket management systems.
• Testing of newly developed features in our VARTA Partner Portal: developing test cases, organizing user acceptance tests, and coordinating feedback and implementation with external partners.
• Change management support: creating internal training and guidance for the implementation and ongoing use of tools and technologies.
• Coordination with our European Trade Marketing team and external agencies.
• Personal initiative welcome: Convince us of your skills and interests and take responsibility for other projects that interest you

How you convince us:

• First and foremost, with your personality: You are independent, reliable and convince with your structured way of working as well as a high level of commitment.
• You are a student or graduate of digital marketing, business informatics or computer science and are available to us for at least 6 months.
• You have a keen interest in digital topics and in independently familiarizing yourself with infrastructural contexts.
• You have very good knowledge and a confident handling of MS Office applications (Power Point, Excel, etc.)
• You have a very good English skills and enjoy working in an international team
• Initial experience with digital tools, such as HubSpot, Jira, Google Analytics, PowerBI as well as a website content management system is an advantage
