Your tasks

Your role: As an Influencer Marketing Manager at Every., you’ll play a key role in driving our growth in the DACH market. You’ll manage influencer collaborations end-to-end across multiple social media channels. You’ll join a team of two, reporting to the Influencer Marketing Team Lead, while also working closely with the performance marketing, brand, and e-commerce teams to reach new audiences and strengthen Every.’s presence.

What you’ll do:

  • Support and execute Every.’s influencer marketing strategy, including paid and barter collaborations, and our affiliate program.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, managers, and agencies. Identify new talent and negotiate collaborations.
  • Contribute to creative briefs and campaign ideas to help influencers authentically showcase Every.
  • Bring a performance-driven mindset to planning, implementing, and optimizing influencer campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, content, and brand teams to maximize campaign impact.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing.
  • Experience in a relevant industry or subscription business models is a plus.
  • Fluency in German and English; Dutch or French is a bonus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics and how they relate to influencer campaigns.
  • Autonomy, creativity, and a willingness to take responsibility while enjoying collaboration.
