We’re seeking a Head of / Team Lead to lead Sales Planning & Performance for AUTO1 Group’s B2B business. This strategic role is critical in supporting our ambitious growth targets by owning performance planning, forecasting, target setting, sales enablement, and operational execution across 10+ European markets.
In this role you will shape the long-term sales strategy while bringing operational excellence to the day-to-day. You’ll partner with VP Sales, Country Directors, Finance, BA, Marketing, Product, and Tech to drive scalable and intelligent growth.
