Our job is to make campaign mechanics smart, the user journey engaging but simple and intuitive, and the underlying systems stable enough to handle launch-day peak traffic. This is not “agency work” — campaigns are products: they have funnels, conversion points, user behavior, performance metrics, and real business outcomes.We move fast, stay outcome-focused, and deliver under time pressure — because every campaign has a fixed timeline, a go-live moment, and peak-load periods where execution quality matters most.The roleAs our Polish business continues to scale in volume and complexity, we’re looking for a Head of Product & Performance to take end-to-end ownership of the Polish market — leading product strategy, conversion optimization and growth.
