Your tasks

Your role

We’re looking for a high-caliber operator with a strategic mind and an obsession for execution, optimization, and scaling AI-enabled systems
. In this role, you’ll lead the rollout of new sites across Europe—through building, acquiring, or franchising clinics—and architect the operational systems that enable speed, scale, and excellenc

Your profile

Your profile

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 5+ years of experience in operational leadership in healthcare
• Plus: experience in tech-enabled healthcare environments
• Plus: experience in fertility care or woman's health
• Have Experience in building and managing cross-functional teams
• Has scaled multi-site operations or complex service delivery models across geographies
• obsessed with processes, optimization, and execution
• Are comfortable in managing operational budgets and optimizing unit economics
• Think like a founder – bias for execution & speed
• Plus: Founder experience
• tech/AI-enabled care models
• clinic economics and healthcare KPIs
• Are fluent in English (German and/or Portuguese a plus)
• Wants to grow into a COO role as Ovom scales across Europe and beyond
