Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

As Group Product Manager, you are responsible for the strategic development and international success of the Mounting portfolio within the Business Unit Industrial Trade & Converting. You shape global marketing and sales strategies, lead product management and cross-functional teams, and collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Production, and regional organizations to drive sustainable growth and profitability across international markets.

Your tasks include: 

• Developing and implementing international marketing and sales strategies for the Mounting assortment of the Business Unit Industrial Trade and Converting.
• Driving the strategic and profitable development of these product categories, including portfolio optimization and new product initiatives
• Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea generation and business planning to global market launch and post-launch activities
• Defining and managing product positioning, pricing, and business plans, and taking ownership of revenue and margin development, particularly for newly launched products
• Initiating and steering international launch projects, communication concepts, and market activities in close collaboration with Sales and regional teams
• Direct leadership, coaching and development of the Mounting Product Management Team
• Leading cross-functional teams and acting as a key interface between global Sales, R&D, Production, and other integrated functions
• Building strong market, customer, and competitive insight through analyses and active customer engagement across the value chain

Das ist Ihr Profil

• Master's Degree in business administration, marketing, economics, engineering, or a comparable field
• Extensive relevant professional experience (approx. 8+ years), including experience in B2B business, project management, sales, marketing and decision-making environments
• Proven international experience and ability to operate effectively in a global, matrix organization
• Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills, combined with a structured and process-oriented way of working
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams and acting as an interface between Sales, R&D, and Production
• High level of self-motivation, communication skills, resilience, and willingness to travel internationally.
• Very good English skills (spoken and written); additional languages, particularly German, are an advantage
