Introduction

SCAILE is a fast-growing startup combining a Go-to-Market Engine with a modular website architecture to launch digital ventures in just 2–3 days. We’re already running 50+ autonomous companies fully managed by AI agents, supported by paying customers, Google Cloud for Startups, and NCA VC. Recently, one of our ventures secured €200k in non-dilutive funding.
We are now looking for a Founders Associate Intern. Someone ambitious, curious, and ready to explore the intersection of AI, venture building, and product development.

Tasks

• Take full ownership of high-impact projects alongside the founders — from concept to execution
• Drive the product vision and strategy for our GTM Engine & AI Agents, bringing your own ideas to the table
• Set and track key metrics (AARRR, North Star) to guide decision-making and growth
• Design and optimize AI workflows and low-latency inference pipelines that power our ventures

Requirements

• Curiosity to dive into AI, SaaS, and venture building
• Ambition to take ownership and deliver fast results (Client Facing)
• Hands-on mindset and adaptability in a high-speed environment
• Openness to experiment, learn, and iterate quickly
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Basic skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Skills in CMS knowledge (Framer, Webflow, Figma) are highly appreciated
