• Work directly with the founders on high-leverage projects across strategy, ops, and product
• Turn ambiguous problems into clearplans and executeend-to-end
• Build internalsystems for hiring, onboarding, reporting, and knowledge management
• Run market, customer, and competitor research and turn insights into decisions
• Prepare founder-grade decks, analyses, KPIs, and follow-ups
