Your tasks

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Product to lead our App Platform and Long-Term Retention product area - a pivotal role focused on scaling our app’s engagement layer well beyond the initial treatment phase.

You’ll set the vision and direction for features like in-app messaging, multimedia content systems, app-based coaching tools, and community experiences, working to deepen patient retention and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a compelling product vision for long-term retention across our app platform.
• Drive the development of platform capabilities from content delivery and in-app messaging to user journeys and community features.
• Lead and coach product squads in building features that deliver sustained impact across 12+ months of patient engagement.
• Champion internal adoption by building governance frameworks, metrics, and scalable operating models.
• Collaborate across teams to align platform strategy with CRM, AI-coaching, and content initiatives.
• Establish and own KPIs and experimentation frameworks that clearly demonstrate value to patients and internal users.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with extensive product leadership experience, someone who has led at scale, built systems that endure, and thrived in fast-paced, product-led environments.

• You’ve driven the evolution of complex platforms and launched features that serve diverse user bases.
• You think strategically but operate with precision, always balancing long-term vision with day-to-day progress.
• You collaborate with ease across tech, product, design, and commercial teams - bringing alignment through clarity and data.
• You bring a growth mindset, and you're excited to work in a mission-led company solving hard, meaningful problems.
• Bonus if you’ve worked on mobile engagement, freemium or subscription-based models, or behaviour-driven product design.
