3–6 years of relevant experience in design/editorial roles, Experience in B2B and industrial / technical / engineering environments, Strong portfolio including print materials, presentations, and complex industrial projects, Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and After Effects, Confident use of Blender or 3ds Max; Cinema 4D or equivalent tools, Basic or higher level of KeyShot and CAD viewers/converters (Fusion, SolidWorks Viewer, etc.), Ability to structure complex materials, work with large documents (20–350 pages), and deliver projects end-to-end, Attention to detail, ability to work with “dirty” CAD files, and understanding of where precision is critical versus where optimization is acceptable, Strong communication skills, ability to work with engineers and marketers, openness to feedback, and good self-organization, Language skills: English — C1 (working level), Polish — preferred
