Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus., 3+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain planning, preferably in the white goods or consumer durables industry., Strong understanding of S&OP processes, forecasting methodologies, and supply chain principles., Knowledge of Tableau, SAP supply planning module, Hands-on experience with SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) is required; familiarity with Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Network Planning (SNP) modules is a strong advantage., Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous., Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills., Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a matrix environment., Fluency in English (spoken and written, at B2/C1 level);, Team player with positive life and personal attitude
