Because of that, we choose our partners based on our values and high moral standards. Your daily tasks will includeHaving responsibility for Projects Portfolio in aspects of portfolio planning, execution and reportingLeading a team of (Senior) Project Managers, supporting them, providing regular feedback and guidance Maintaining a relationship with Key Customers throughout the life cycle of the projectsParticipating in Steering Committee meetingsBeing the first line of response on the escalation path with Clients and managing project delivery issues early onNegotiating contract terms that go beyond the competence of a project managerDriving best practices, making sure best-in-class project management skills and techniques are applied consistently throughout the departmentDelivering regular updates and insights to the Director and Senior Management on the state of the project portfolioBuilding knowledge-sharing & mentoring programs for PMsBringing positive change vibe & improvements to our organizationCollaborating with HRBP and Client PartnerThe following will make you succeed in this roleHave experience in a similar role at managerial level with end-to-end responsibility for projects (scope, team, budget, delivery, reporting)Have at least 6 years of experience in running IT projects (preferably e-commerce) as a Project Manager and a total of 8+ years in software development areaHave practical knowledge of the management methodologies including Agile and traditional approachesUnderstand the SDLC end-to-end on a suitable level including knowledge of development and QA best practicesHave hands-on experience with software delivery as a part of the delivery team (developer, QA, BA etc.)You are able to plan and organize the work of a distributed teamEasily establish business connectionsHave very good communication and negotiation skillsAre an inspiration for people and understand them wellAre proactive, you like to take the initiative, willingly take on new challenges, and want to developSpeak English and Polish fluently (at least C1)We are an equal-opportunity employer.
