Zakres obowiązków Your responsibilities:- Email and phone contact with customers;- Daily order processing in SAP;- Delivery coordination and daily contact with European branches;- Managing invoices and credit/debit notes;- Timely responses to various inquiries;- Supporting customers in resolving issues and incidents;- Building long-term relationships with clients. Wymagania Our expectations: - Very good command of English (B2);- Fluent Dutch (B2/C1);- Experience in customer service;- Practical knowledge of MS Office; - Proactive attitude;- Independence and strong communication skills.
