Your tasks

As part of your work in our company you will take on the following tasks, among others:

• Preparing rental agreements
• Checking rental agreements
• Preparing plot purchase contracts
• Processing plot purchase contracts
• Supervising the articles of association
• Working with the law firms commissioned by us
• Be the direct contact person for our contractual partners in matters pertaining to the contracts drawn up

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL

• have a degree in law and at least 3 years of professional experience in the real estate sector or at a law firm
• be quick to comprehend new tasks and ideas and be able to offer intelligent solutions swiftly
• be an excellent team player
• be proactive, motivated and highly committed to their work
• have good Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• have a good knowledge of the English language
