Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA in public sector or social services environments
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP SSM (Social Services Management)
• Strong background in functional consulting (process analysis, configuration, workflows)
• Very good German language skills – mandatory (direct customer communication)
• Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with SAP cloud environments, especially SAP RISE

Nice to Have

• Experience with funding, grants, or subsidy management platforms
• Background in SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation projects
• Knowledge of public sector processes in DACH countries

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for a funding platform based on SAP SSM
• Act as a functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Design and configure business processes in SAP S/4HANA SSM, including workflows
• Contribute to the design of a modular solution capable of supporting approx. 100 existing funding services
• Support the definition of a solution that enables future changes without in-house development effort
• Participate in the implementation of the solution within SAP RISE for SSM
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP standard capabilities
