The Digital Integration Platforms department is one of six strategic units within the Corporate IT division Digital Experience Platforms. In this department, we intelligently and sustainably connect partners and consumers to ZEISS's digital ecosystem, enabling hundreds of applications to exchange data efficiently, securely, and with a future-oriented approach - both internally and beyond ZEISS's boundaries.

• Analyze requirements and develop solution concepts for data exchange between defined IT systems and the management of business processes in the cloud
• Create ESB-specific technical concepts to address existing requirements and coordinate these with business departments, business analysts, architects, product owners, and the team
• Participate in exciting large-scale projects, such as the group-wide S/4 Hana implementation, and take responsibility for implementing and operating business-critical integrations with a focus on the Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Execute unit and integration tests independently, support business departments in conducting business tests, and resolve any issues that arise
• Engage in continuous knowledge sharing, training, and personal development, supported by the company, to enhance your technical skills and stay updated on industry trends
• Monitor provided solutions and architectures proactively to ensure secure, stable operations and implement optimizations as needed
• Contribute actively to shaping the integration architecture and landscape, continuously improving integration and security standards

Your profile

• Degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Profound proven experience in a DevOps role or comparable technical environment
• Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and operating cloud-based integration solutions, with proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and API Management
• Practical experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar platforms for managing CI/CD pipelines
• Preferably, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and knowledge of event-driven integration architectures
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented thinking and working
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to create new solution patterns or combine existing ones
• Proficiency in English and at least B1-level German skills
