The green transformation massively increases the complexity in energy management and supply. Energy is becoming an integral part of companies’ daily operations for which they are completely unprepared. The current energy crisis further boosts awareness and the need to act. We are building the energy platform that covers energy management, procurement, regulation and operations of green assets. Leveraging smart meter data, we offer a highly scalable product that is plug & play and covers all relevant aspects of companies’ green future.

Your tasks

• Bridge Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  Collaborate across teams to align customer needs, product delivery, and sales strategies
• Streamline Customer Onboarding
  Lead data setup processes to ensure seamless, efficient product onboarding and rapid customer value realization
• Enable Advanced Metering Solutions
  Oversee meter change processes, delivering state-of-the-art metering concepts to customers
• Ensure Data Quality Excellence
  Collaborate with ecosystem partners to maintain and enhance data accuracy and reliability
• Facilitate Team and Stakeholder Communication
  Drive clear, impactful communication to align teams and stakeholders on product delivery goals
• Build Scalable Processes for Growth
  Design and implement company-wide systems and processes to bring structure and efficiency to a dynamic startup environment
