Recent graduate or early-career professional with a Bachelor/Master degree in business administration with technical affinity or STEM, Industrial Engineering or a similar technical field., Fluent in English and local language according to location (English, Polish); proficiency in another European language is a plus., Demonstrated interest in selling innovative adhesive solutions in various B2B industries. Previous internships in sales with a technical or innovation focus are advantageous.  Eager to pursue a local sales role in indicated location post-trainee program., Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills., Team player with fresh ideas and effective collaboration skills., Experienced in MS Office, Power BI and SAP. Additional digital and data know-how is a plus., Willingness to learn and adapt in the dynamic Marketing & Sales environment., Open to relocating within Europe for up to 3 months during the traineeship., Possession of a valid local driving license
